Fail-Safe Solutions is led by its President, Steve Bullock, with over 35 years of experience in the Intelligence Community and U.S. Army. Mr. Bullock has served domestically and abroad in operational, leadership, liaison, and instructor assignments. Mr. Bullock and his staff bring extensive knowledge of foreign environments as well as the disciplines of tactical operations, radio frequency range operations, HUMINT, counterintelligence, security, and counterterrorism.

Mr. Michael Ramasanto, Director of Training and Range Operations – Former Navy Electronics Technician (ET) with extensive experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of electronic equipment. Mr. Ramasanto directs the day-to- day operations of a Radio Frequency Test & Training Range.

Key Technical Personnel

Mr. Richard Foster, Senior Information Systems Technician – Retired Sergeant First Class with over 22 years’ experience in all bands of the frequency spectrum, both in tactical and non-tactical configurations. Key skills include CompTIA certifications in A Plus, Net Plus and Sec Plus with a detailed understanding of cellular technologies in all current bands.

Mr. Dale Cox, Senior Information Systems Technician – Retired USAF Technical Sergeant with over 30 years’ experience in the repair and maintenance of Radar, Electronic Warfare and Electronic Counter-Measures equipment.
